Our goal is to shape environments that support the entire experience. Whether someone is visiting for a consultation, a same-day procedure, or an hour of self-care, we design spaces that help people feel welcomed, reassured, and cared for from beginning to end.
Long before construction begins, we work with practice owners and wellness operators to evaluate potential locations through feasibility studies that include site visits, zoning and permitting reviews, early floor plan concepts, and preliminary budgeting, with careful attention to the code and permitting requirements unique to medical and treatment spaces.

V&Co Medical Spa
📍San Jose, CA
V & C reimagines the traditional medical office layout. The practice has been a lifelong dream for Vivian and Valerie, twin sisters who’ve spent years building their clientele in the beauty industry. Treatment rooms break free of the standard grid, scattered into individual pods connected by an expansive, welcoming, lobby. An earthy palette and soft, sculptural forms trade clinical starkness for warmth and a sense of renewal.
The space was recognized with The Architect’s Newspaper’s 2025 Best of Design Award for Interior Healthcare and Interior Design’s 2024 Best of Year Award for Health & Wellness.
